How We Farm

At Kingsbury Farms, every decision we make genetic, nutritional, environmental is made with quality in mind. Our cattle are raised slowly, following Japanese feeding principles, on the island of Ireland.

The result is beef with extraordinary marbling, depth of flavour, and that unmistakable melt-in-the-mouth quality that Wagyu is famous for. Slow farming. Exceptional beef.
