Kingsbury Farms is a family farm with deep roots in the Irish countryside. Founded by the Mackle family, we have spent generations learning how to raise cattle the right way with patience, knowledge, and a genuine respect for the land and the animals in our care. We produce Irish Wagyu beef using Japanese feeding principles, reared slowly on the island of Ireland. It is a long process. It requires commitment, precision, and the kind of care that cannot be rushed. That is exactly how we like it.
